Planning care
Coverage and acceptance depend on eligibility, authorization, assessed care needs, availability, and the resident agreement. Medicare does not generally cover long-term room and board.
We welcome conversations with families, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral professionals. Care fit, availability, and service needs are reviewed individually.
Payment pathways
We welcome Medicaid, Medicare-related benefits, qualifying insurance, and private pay.
